Order Policy:
All items are hand painted, personalized and created just for you. Please verify names, dates and text prior to hitting the 'buy' button. Once you have placed you order, you will receive a confirmation email with order details. Should you need to make changes to the original order, please do so within 24 hours. All items are non-refundable and sales are final once order is submitted. Orders will ship in approximately 3 weeks. You will be notified by email once your order is shipped. We can ship directly to recipient with a personalized gift card enclosure. Just be sure to fill out that option when placing your order.

Security and privacy is very important to us. We do not distribute any customer information to third parties. We use industry standard SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption to protect data during transmission. SSL scrambles any information sent from you making it virtually impossible to tamper with.
Shipping:
All items are shipped via UPS ground or FedEx and are not signature required. Package will be left at door if no one is home.
